Ruth Trout is a Senior Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University, specializing in healthcare education and neuroscience nursing. She holds an MSc in Autonomous Practice and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. As Programme Lead for the BSc Professional Practice in Healthcare since 2015, she oversees academic programs for international and domestic healthcare professionals.
Her research focuses on neurological care, patient experience, and policy-driven initiatives like the 'Time Matters' report advocating for brain health prioritization.
