Ruth M. Tinnacher is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at California State University East Bay since Fall 2016. Her research focuses on environmental geochemistry linked to energy and climate issues, including nuclear waste mobility, geologic CO₂ sequestration, and hydraulic fracturing impacts on groundwater quality.
