Ruth Daly is an Assistant Professor at the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at Chapman University. As a veteran of both traditional and CG animation, she brings extensive industry experience from institutions like Warner Bros. Feature Animation and Rhythm and Hues Studios.
Her expertise spans animation techniques, visual effects, and team training for high-profile projects. She contributed to critically acclaimed films such as The Iron Giant, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, and the Academy Award-winning The Golden Compass. Daly also played a key role in expanding Rhythm and Hues' animation teams in India and Malaysia, mentoring animators for films like Life of Pi and Snow White and the Huntsman.
