Scott Murphy

Scott Murphy is a Lecturer at Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, Chapman University. He holds an MFA in Screenwriting from USC (1997), an MS in Radio/TV/Film Studies, and a Bachelor of Music from the University of North Texas.

Murphy specializes in screenwriting across television, animation, and comic books. His work spans genres including science fiction, fantasy, and espionage, with a focus on franchise development and serialized storytelling.
