Professor Ruth Costigan is a founding member and the Director of Student Experience at the Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law, Swansea University. She specializes in Criminal Evidence Law and Human Rights Law (UK/ECHR), with a focus on the intersection between law and psychology in evidence evaluation.
