Ruth Ben-Artzi is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Providence College. She holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University (completed by 2005). Her research focuses on international development aid policies, institutional frameworks of development banking, and conflict negotiation processes in protracted conflicts like the Israeli-Palestinian dispute.
