Prof. Dr. Rutger Schlatmann is a jointly appointed professor at HTW Berlin and Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB), specializing in environmental technology and renewable energies. His research focuses on photovoltaic production technology and building integration within the department of Engineering - Energy and Information.
- Current research cluster: Climate-friendly energy supply systems and energy-efficient buildings
- Affiliated with both HTW Berlin and HZB
He has supervised 22 doctorates and is involved in 20 research projects, with 218 publications and 1 patent to his credit. His teaching spans undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Renewable Energies.
