Rute Claro

Rute Claro is a researcher at the Research Centre for Communication and Culture (CECC) affiliated with Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She has a strong academic background in communication and marketing, finalized her Bachelor in Marketing Management at ISCTE Business School in 2014, and completed her Master in Communication Science with specialization in Communication, Marketing, and Advertising at the Faculty of Human Sciences of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2017. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Communication Science at the same faculty, focusing on the role of internal communication in employee well-being through a case study with the Portuguese company Metropolitano de Lisboa.
