Ruoqi Li is a Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham and Postdoc at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Science and Engineering, affiliated with the Integrated Research on Energy, Environment and Society (IREES) and the Energy and Sustainability Research Institute Groningen. His research focuses on environmental sustainability with particular emphasis on China's environmental challenges.
