Ruolian Fang

Ruolian Fang is a Senior Lecturer in the Management and Organisations group at the UWA Business School. Her research focuses on the interplay between individuals and social networks influencing employee experiences and performance. Key areas include network positioning, newcomer socialization, and entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota and previously served as Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore. She currently serves on editorial boards for Academy of Management Journal and Personnel Psychology.
