Dr. Runa Das is an Associate Professor and core faculty member in the Doctor of Social Sciences program at Royal Roads University. Her research focuses on energy-related sustainability challenges, including energy justice, pro-environmental behavior, and energy poverty. She holds a PhD in Environmental Applied Science and Management from Ryerson University, alongside degrees from York University, Carleton University, and Mount Allison University. Das has secured grants totaling over $300K for energy poverty research and has collaborated on projects like the $1.37M community housing study.
