Dr. Rui Shengjie is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He holds a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering from Zhejiang University (2022) and a Bachelor’s degree from the China University of Geosciences (Wuhan, 2017). His research focuses on offshore geotechnics and ocean engineering, addressing challenges in marine environments and renewable energy systems. He has been a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI) and a Visiting Researcher at NTNU (Norway).
