Rudi Fortson

Rudi Fortson KC is a Visiting Professor of Law at Queen Mary University of London and the University of Liverpool. A barrister since 1976, he specializes in serious crime, including drug law, confiscation, and money laundering. He has contributed to major legal reforms such as the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 and the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. His work spans EU criminal justice policy, forensic science, and harm reduction strategies.
