Ruben Durante

Ruben Durante is a Professor of Economics and Provost's Chair at the National University of Singapore, with an ICREA Research Professor position at Pompeu Fabra University (currently on leave). He is affiliated with the Barcelona School of Economics and holds Research Fellowships at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), Asian Bureau of Finance and Economic Research (ABFER), CESifo, and IZA.

Research and Contributions

His work focuses on political economy, examining the role of traditional and new media in democracies, alongside research on identity, culture, and redistribution.
