Roya Alimalayeri is a Lecturer in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) at the University of Leeds, affiliated with the Language Centre and the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures. She teaches modules in linguistics, phonetics, and academic writing, and leads/co-leads courses like IFY STEM and Language for Engineering. Her roles include editor of the Language Scholar Journal.
