Roshan Rigby is an Assistant Professor at Bond University's Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine, affiliated with the Nutrition and Dietetics Research Group. His expertise focuses on integrating behavior change science into dietetic practice, education, and health promotion. He holds a PhD from Griffith University (2021) and a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours) from the same institution (2015).
His research addresses the application of behavioral theories in dietetics, with a strong emphasis on qualitative methodologies and curriculum development for future healthcare professionals. Current projects include the long-running Oncology Nutrition Research initiative (active since 2014), exploring nutritional care for cancer survivors.
He supervises postgraduate students like Alia Shareef and has contributed to 13 peer-reviewed publications since 2019. His work aligns with UN SDGs related to quality education and good health/well-being.
