Rosemarie Hogan is an Associate Professor in Midwifery at Charles Darwin University's Faculty of Health. She holds an adjunct position as Associate Professor at the University of Notre Dame Australia. Her research focuses on midwifery education, reproductive health, and student well-being. She completed her PhD on egg donation and reproductive outcomes at the University of Technology Sydney (2020).
Hogan’s work addresses challenges faced by nursing and midwifery students, particularly in online learning environments and clinical settings. Her studies explore cultural empathy in healthcare education, bullying prevention strategies, and peer mentoring programs. She has also conducted influential research on egg donation ethics, reproductive decision-making in older women, and the impact of donor age on fertility outcomes.
