Dr. Rose Shinko is a Professor at American University, specializing in International Relations and Political Theory. Her research critically examines seminal concepts like sovereignty, peace, autonomy, ethics, and identity. She holds a PhD in International Relations Theory from the University of Connecticut and MA/BA degrees in Political Science from Duquesne University.
