Rose Judd-Murray is an Associate Professor at Utah State University's College of Agriculture & Applied Sciences, serving as Program Leader for the Nonformal and Community-Based Education program and holding a joint appointment with the Center for Anticipatory Intelligence in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Her interdisciplinary work bridges agricultural literacy, biosecurity education, and community-centered learning.

Dr. Judd-Murray's teaching philosophy integrates student-centered backward design, competency-based learning, and self-regulated learning models, delivering courses like Biosecurity I, Community Programming, and Nonformal Teaching Methods. She has mentored 14 graduate students in Ag Systems Technology Ed since 2018, fostering ethical leadership in sustainability contexts.
