Rose Hair

Dr. Rose Hair is a Professor at Nazareth College's School of Business and Leadership, specializing in human resource management, virtual teams, and technology's impact on workplace dynamics. She holds a B.A. in History of Art and Design (Manchester Metropolitan University), M.S. in HR Management (Sheffield Hallam University), and Ph.D. from the University of Sheffield Management School. Dr. Hair serves on Nazareth's Human Resource Advisory Council and was a 2017-18 TIIL Fellow.

Her research explores the psychological contract in virtual environments, innovation in HR practices, and technology-mediated communication. She teaches courses like Organization and Management, HRM (undergraduate/graduate), and Advanced HRM Seminars, often using pop culture references to engage students.
