Rose Beaumont is a Lecturer in Midwifery at the School of Healthcare, University of Leeds (since February 2022). She holds a Master's in Global Health and Health Professions Education from King's College London (2019). Her expertise includes midwifery practice, perinatal mental health, continuity of carer models, and global health education. Previously, she worked as a caseloading midwife in NW London (2018–2020) and contributed to the Better Births pilot program. She also collaborated with Health Education England (HEE) and iPiP on maternity continuity workshops nationwide.

Her research and teaching focus on improving maternal healthcare through continuity of carer models, global health education systems, and addressing socially complex cases in perinatal care. Professional Contributions: Collaborated with HEE and iPiP on national continuity of carer initiatives, and previously worked as a Clinical Teaching Fellow at King's College London (2018–2020).
