Rebecca Weston is a Lecturer in Midwifery at Bournemouth University, combining clinical experience with academic roles. She qualified as a midwife in 2019 and has focused on continuity of carer teams, particularly supporting women in deprived areas. Since 2022, she leads midwifery admissions and contributes to the BFI teaching team. Her roles include Academic PMA and advocacy for student well-being.

Research Interests: Enhancing women’s autonomy in maternity care, improving outcomes for marginalized populations, perinatal mental health interventions, and optimizing infant feeding practices. These interests align with her clinical work in deprived communities and academic leadership.
Teaching & Teams: Active member of the BFI teaching team and Academic PMA, supporting midwifery students through clinical education and well-being initiatives.
