Emma-Jane Berridge is a Senior Lecturer in Midwifery at City, University of London. She is also a midwife with clinical experience in hospital, caseloading, and community settings, and serves as Programme Director for the MSc Midwifery & MSc Enhanced Midwifery Care programs. Her academic journey began with a PhD in Measurement & Information in Medicine and spans roles in educational research, development, and healthcare simulation.
