Rosaria SALETTI

Dr. Rosaria Saletti is an Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry at the Department of Chemical Sciences, University of Catania. Her research focuses on protein structural characterization using mass spectrometry and proteomic approaches, with emphasis on allergenic proteins and bioactive peptides in food systems, as well as neurodegenerative disease biomarkers through VDAC protein analysis.

Teaching

Lecturer of Organic Chemistry I and Laboratory in the Chemistry Bachelor's program. Supervises graduate theses in multiple disciplines including Industrial Chemistry and Cell-Molecular Biology.
