Roopa Bhatt is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Lead for BSc (Hons) Children's Nursing at the Faculty of Health and Applied Sciences, University of the West of England (UWE). She specializes in Neonatal Critical Care and Children's Nursing education.

Her clinical background includes work in burns and reconstructive surgery, neurology, neurosurgery units, and Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs). She transitioned to academia in 2016, teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs.
