Ronan McMullan is a Clinical Professor at the School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences at Queen's University Belfast. His research focuses on novel infection diagnostics in intensive care units to improve outcomes for critically ill patients and combat antibiotic resistance. He leads national multicenter clinical trials in the NHS.
