Ron Witte is a Professor in Residence of Architecture at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design (GSD). He co-founded WW Architecture with Sarah Whiting and is licensed in Massachusetts, California, and Texas. His work spans architectural design, urban planning, and cultural institution projects, with exhibitions at MoMA, SFMOMA, and the Guggenheim. Witte has led high-profile competitions, including the Huirun Exhibition Hall in China and the Helsinki Guggenheim proposal.
His research focuses on architectural theory, urbanization, and cultural spatial practices. Notable publications include edited volumes on Toyo Ito and contributions to the Wiley-Blackwell Companion to the History of Architecture. Witte’s designs, such as the X House, are part of major museum collections.
