Ron Meyer

Ron Meyer is the Managing Director of the Center for Strategy & Leadership and holds professorships at Tias School for Business & Society (Tilburg University) and Antwerp Management School. He earned a Political Science degree from the University of Alberta, followed by an MBA and PhD at Erasmus University Rotterdam. His career includes roles as an assistant professor at Rotterdam School of Management and Associate Director overseeing the MBA program. Since 1998, he has combined consultancy, training, and research, advising global firms on strategic management and innovation.

Research & Teaching: Focuses on strategic leadership, organizational change, and innovation. His landmark textbook Strategy – Process, Content, Context has sold over 250,000 copies worldwide. Recent works include Leadership Agility (2017), exploring adaptive leadership styles.

Consultancy: Advises Fortune 500 companies on corporate strategy, alliances, and growth strategies. Delivers training programs attended by over 30 universities globally.
