Dr. Ron Kuntze is a Professor of Marketing and Director of the University Non-Profit Institute at the Pompea College of Business, University of New Haven. With a Ph.D. in Marketing from Arizona State University (2001) and an MBA from the University of Michigan, he specializes in consumer behavior, non-profit strategy, and retail market evolution.
His research focuses on consumer frugality, unethical retail practices (e.g., return fraud), and integrating non-profit clients into academic curricula. He serves on the editorial board of Psychology & Marketing and has been quoted in Business Week and Forbes on retail trends.
