Romeo Dipura

Romeo Dipura is a PhD candidate at Utrecht University and TU Darmstadt, affiliated with the Faculty of Geosciences and the Research Training Group on Critical Infrastructures (RTG-KRITIS). His research focuses on urban planning, energy transitions, critical infrastructure governance, and climate resilience in Southern cities.
