Roman Novotný is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, Faculty of Management, Economics and Business (FMEO PU) of the University of Prešov. He holds a PhD from the same institution and has remained in academia since graduation. His research focuses on evaluating aspects of sustainable development, with publications in WoS/Scopus-indexed journals and contributions to monographs/textbooks. He actively participates in research projects funded by VEGA, KEGA, and GaPU grants.
Teaching responsibilities include Management, Intercultural Management and Corporate Culture, Managerial Decision Making, and Case Studies in Human Resource Management. He has led successful research projects and collaborated in teams for grant-funded initiatives. His work bridges theoretical research with practical business applications in sustainable development.
Current affiliations include membership in research teams and involvement in academic governance at FMEO PU. Office location: Room 325, Konštantínova 16, Prešov. Consultations available Wednesdays 1:15-2:45 PM by email appointment.
