Martina Šoltésová is an Assistant Professor at the Slovak Language Department within the Institute of Slovak Studies and Media Studies at the Faculty of Arts, University of Prešov. She has been employed at the university since 2013, following the completion of her doctoral studies in Slovak language and literature.
Her research focuses on Stylistics, Rhetoric, Sociolinguistics, and Theolinguistics, with particular interest in non-institutional dialogue, religious communication, and specialized language registers. Her pedagogical work centers on Introduction to language study, Morphology, Syntax, and Rhetoric.
Dr. Šoltésová's recent scholarly contributions demonstrate a strong focus on interactive stylistics and specialized language domains, particularly religious communication and exorcist language. Her work bridges linguistic analysis with sociocultural contexts, examining how language functions in specific communicative settings.
