Rolf Vegar Olsen is a Professor at the Centre for Educational Measurement (CEMO) at the University of Oslo. His research focuses on educational measurement, international large-scale assessments (e.g., PISA, TIMSS), school effectiveness, teacher evaluation, and educational policy. He has published extensively on topics such as academic resilience, numeracy development, and the impact of school leadership.
