Dr. Roderick Graham is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at Old Dominion University. He holds a Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University (2015), an M.A. in Applied Sociology from the same institution (2000), and a B.S. in Sociology (1997).
His research explores technology's impact on racial disparities, cyberbullying, digital inequality, and the use of technology in criminal justice education. He has secured research grants including a $275,000 R21 grant for 'Health Promotion among Racial and Ethnic Minority Males'.
Dr. Graham has published extensively on cybercrime, digital deviance, and social media's impact on society. His recent work includes publications on gamification in cybersecurity education and the Routledge International Handbook of Online Deviance.
