Rocky K. C. Chang

Rocky K. C. Chang serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computing, Faculty of Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with over 20 years of teaching expertise in Computer Networks, Internet infrastructure, data structures, and programming.

His educational background includes:

• Undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech and Vincennes University
