Robyn Marsh is a Principal Research Fellow at the Menzies School of Health Research, specializing in Child and Maternal Health. She holds a PhD and Master’s degree and is actively involved in supervising postgraduate research. Her work focuses on pediatric respiratory diseases, infectious diseases, and clinical trial methodologies. Marsh contributes to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through her research on child health and disease prevention.
Her research interests include the microbiome’s role in childhood illnesses, novel therapeutic strategies for respiratory infections, and improving diagnostic methods for conditions like bronchiectasis and otitis media. Recent studies emphasize breath analysis for disease biomarkers and antibiotic efficacy in vulnerable populations.
