Robyn Carroll

Professor Robyn Carroll specializes in private law remedies and dispute resolution, co-founding both the International Network for Law and Apology Research and UWA's Private/Commercial Law Research Cluster. Her socio-legal research examines apology legislation, family property disputes, and elder mediation frameworks.

Authored Hong Kong Apology Ordinance commentary and Family Law in Australia (10th ed). Honored as Australian Academy of Law Fellow. Secured grants for charity resilience, family violence/property projects, and COVID-era contract frustration research. Former WA State Administrative Tribunal member overseeing guardianship cases.
