Robin Hui Huang

Professor Robin Hui Huang is a leading academic at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, holding the highest academic rank (Band A3) in the Faculty of Law. He also serves as a Courtesy Joint Professor in the Finance Department of CUHK Business School. Previously a tenured Associate Professor at the University of New South Wales, he now holds an Adjunct Professor position there. His academic journey began at Tsinghua University, where he earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Law, followed by an LLM, and culminated in a PhD from UNSW. Huang is an internationally recognized expert in corporate law, securities regulation, and law & technology with a focus on China, drawing on comparative and empirical methodologies.
