Dr. Agnes Chong is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on international law, water law, environmental law, and human rights law, with particular attention to transboundary water governance, climate change legal frameworks, and sustainable development.
