Robin Effron is a Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, where she specializes in Civil Procedure, Complex Litigation, and Federal Courts. Prior to joining Fordham, she served as a professor of law and Dean’s Research Scholar at Brooklyn Law School, co-directing the Dennis J. Block Center for the Study of International Business Law.
Her scholarship is widely published in top journals like the Notre Dame Law Review and New York University Law Review, and she is a co-author of two casebooks in her field. She has been cited extensively by courts in the U.S. and abroad.
