Robin D. Pueschel is an Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University School of Nursing. She serves as Program Coordinator for the Adult/Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program and co-instructor for Advanced Health Assessment, Introduction to DNP Project, and NP Skills Lab. Additionally, she holds an Instructor role in Orthopedic Surgery at the School of Medicine.

Her research focuses on nursing education, clinical training, and resilience development for healthcare professionals. She has explored innovative teaching tools like Objective Structured Clinical Examinations and strategies to improve nurse practitioner student clinical rotations through preceptorship frameworks. Current projects address resilience in newly graduated nurses.
Robin has contributed to studies on pain management, including an internal LLU project on music therapy for post-knee replacement pain. She is involved in accreditation support and interprofessional education initiatives, such as the Center for Interprofessional Education and Practice Coordinating Council.
