Katherine R. Angeles serves as an Instructor in the Department of Pediatrics at Loma Linda University School of Medicine.

Her research focuses include neonatal pain management, oxidative stress, and ATP metabolism in preterm infants. Current projects involve federal NIH-funded studies on pain/hypoxia in neonates and LLU Department of Surgery collaborations for early detection of necrotizing enterocolitis.
