Roberto Risso is an Associate Professor of Italian at Clemson University's Department of Languages within the College of Arts and Humanities. He holds PhDs from Università di Torino (2010) and the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2015). His work includes analyses of Edmondo De Amicis, Giovanni Cena, and historical Italian literature, with publications on epistolary novels, national identity formation, and modernist themes.
