Roberto Muniz

Roberto Muniz is a Senior Health Administration Fellow and Lecturer at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University, and an adjunct instructor at the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. His career spans over 25 years in aging services leadership, focusing on enhancing senior care through policy and nonprofit management. He holds an M.P.A. and B.S. from Rutgers University.

Roberto serves as President and CEO of Parker Health Group, Inc., a nonprofit aging services organization he expanded from two nursing homes into a comprehensive continuum of services across New Jersey. He co-founded the Parker Health Group Division of Geriatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2023.

He is Board Chair of LeadingAge, a national aging services advocacy group, and has held leadership roles in the Global Ageing Network, American College of Health Care Administrators, and state-level advisory councils on aging. His professional focus spans geriatric care innovation, policy development, and nonprofit governance.
