Research Interests: His work focuses on the intersection of continental philosophy (Derrida, Foucault, Althusser) with legal theory, examining human rights hermeneutics, secularism's theological foundations, democratic constitutionalism, and critiques of subjectivity in juridical systems. Current investigations explore the application of philosophical frameworks to human rights jurisprudence and constitutional democracy.
Publication Trends: Articles predominantly analyze philosophical foundations of law through thinkers like Derrida (deconstruction), Foucault (biopolitics), and Kafka (legal critique), with recurring themes of religious freedom in secular societies, violence in juridical systems, subjectivity theory, and European human rights jurisprudence. Recent works increasingly address pluralistic democracy's tensions with religious rights.
