Igor Vyacheslavovich Levakin

Igor Vyacheslavovich Levakin is a Professor at the Department of Legal Theory and Comparative Law within the Faculty of Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE). He joined HSE in 2023 after holding academic positions at MGIMO, RANEPA, and Mordovian State University. Levakin holds a Doctor of Law degree (2003) and the academic title of Professor (2005), with specialized training in anti-corruption frameworks and digital education methodologies.
