Roberta Gilchrist is a Professor of Archaeology at the University of Reading and holds the role of Associate Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research: Heritage & Creativity). Her work includes groundbreaking research on Glastonbury Abbey and Norwich Cathedral, emphasizing lived religion, monasticism, and the archaeology of belief.
