Dr. Robert Seeley is an Associate Professor of Economics at Wilkes University's College of Social Science. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland, having joined Wilkes faculty in 1989 after positions at King's College (1982-83) and Susquehanna University (1984-89).
