Robert Schon is an Associate Professor of Anthropology at the University of Arizona's School of Anthropology. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Archaeology (co-directed with Emma Blake) and leads two major research projects: the Arizona Sicily Project and the Archaeology of Baseball in Southeastern Arizona. His work focuses on Mycenaean statecraft, Sicilian landscapes, standardized measures, and early 20th-century baseball in Arizona.

Teaching: Courses include Principles of Archaeology, Neolithic/Bronze Age Greece, and Classical Mythology.
