Robert Saldin is a Professor of Political Science and Director of the Ethics and Public Affairs Program at the Mansfield Center, University of Montana. He also serves as a Senior Fellow at the Niskanen Center in Washington, DC. His research focuses on American political development, institutions, and public policy, with particular attention to intersections between policy, politics, and governance.
